My Background

I’ve done many different forms of art throughout my life, from basket weaving to mosaics! Some may even pop up here. Since I ‘retired’ to the country with my husband, I now have the time to devote to my passion for COLORS and have found my Zen. I hope you enjoy my creations!

My Background

I use many different mediums such as acrylics, beads, fabric depending on what I am interested in at the time.. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.

My Inspiration

I enjoy walking among flowers and trees.

Many of my pieces are directly influenced by this connection with in nature. Since I also love learning, it is exciting to research ways to add new elements to my work.

When Covid 19 hit the USA in the spring of 2020, my hubby and I were suddenly isolated

and I was out of work.

After a lifetime of scurrying around in various jobs, I turned to my new art to create a peaceful spot in my days to relax

and forget about the news.

This was one of he best decisions I could have made and I could not be where I am today if not for my mentors:
